𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐬… 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐬𝐧’𝐭 –

-Love is not possessive.

-Love is not a claim on another person.

-Love is not stifling or controlling.

-Love does not demand that you change to be accepted.

*𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞. Loving (and expressing that love freely) is the goal.

When you feel love for someone – a friend, partner, parent, child, or any connection – 𝔹𝕖 𝕓𝕣𝕒𝕧𝕖. 𝕊𝕒𝕪 𝕚𝕥. There is never too much love in the world. It lights up your heart and the heart of the person receiving it. “I love you,” spoken from a place of truth, can be both transformative and comforting.

𝐒𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 “𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮”, 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 – because love is powerful, it is often misunderstood. 𝑺𝒂𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒂 𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. It is simply a statement of fact. Whether it is returned is very much secondary.

True, unconditional love is one of the highest vibrational states possible. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥.

It is time to release fear, step fully into life, and remember who you are at your core: *******YOU ARE LOVE.
